T&T Design & Development has been registered as an active Florida corporation since 29 April 2002 — more than two decades of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use work delivered across Broward County.
We work closely with our clients and take on a small number of projects each year. Most of our work comes from referrals — from developers, owners, general contractors, and municipalities we have worked with for years. Our signature project, the 75,000 square-foot Flora Fine Foods headquarters, opened in 2021 in partnership with Butters Construction.
Each engagement is led by a principal, not handed off. The drawings should come from the people doing the work, and the buildings should come from the drawings.
A 75,000 square-foot headquarters, distribution center, and Italian marketplace on Sample Road — the firm's largest completed project to date.
Three distinct programs under one roof — corporate headquarters, full distribution operation, and a public-facing Italian marketplace. Each required its own circulation, security, and material palette, coordinated within a single envelope.
Delivered in design-build collaboration with Butters Construction, a partnership spanning multiple projects along the Sample Road corridor.
A 24,300 SF warehouse-office expansion at 4700 Lyons Technology Parkway, bringing the Coconut Creek Aviation Assets facility to 48,600 SF total. Approved by City Commission.
